I finally received the paper copy of the NOA1 for the I129F. We mailed the petition to the lockbox in Dallas, but the envelope with the NOA1 came from the California Service center. Is the California Service Center processing our I129F? If not, anyway I can figure out which center is handling it so I can get an idea of the processing time. NOA1 was 12/5/19, now at the three month mark.

Yes, the USCIS Office Address on the NOA1 form states which USCIS office is processing your I129f. Also, the receipt number or case number denotes what office. If yours starts with WAC, thrn its CSC. 

 

 You need to fix your immigration timeline so it says California Service Center and not Texas Service Center.
