N/A on i751

OK, so I am getting together the i751 for my wife. Question about N/A, we all know it says to put it when it doesn't apply. My question is do you put it in literally every box? Like on child 2, well we only have one child. So, I put N/A in the first box (Last name). It seems a bit redundant to put it in all of them. I just wanted to know what everyone else did.

We did it, case got approved.

it does seem redundant but no harm in doing it.  Has anyone been able to put N/A in the box? Adobe Acrobat and Foxit both only allow NA without the slash symbol.

Yes, all boxes. like:   First Name: N/A  Last Name: N/A Middle Initial: N/A
