One congressional and one through my lawyer

Thank you!

I was screwed by my lawyer. He never followed up after January when the NOC was sent from the embassy and DoS never showed it received.

When I found this forum, I sent an email to the DoS on May 27. I also reached out to the congressman's office today.

Just wanted to know the timeline from here. Thank you again!

No government funding.
we submitted for green card. It’s risky but I had no choice. Otherwise I’ll be more than 6 months without a status

DS expired in November after my board exam...

As long as you have the AoS application pending you will be fine.

Same boat I guess!

So what happens if they denies your AOS while waiver pending, how much time you can stay if they denies your AOS, can you re-file it while in the US ?

No experience, I have an RFE to submit the waiver by July 27, 2021.

I have been searching forums but no luck on any positive or negative news if they extend RFE

Currently due to COVID I heard they have automatic 60 day extension to reply to the RFE.

Will post here if I find out something else.

Filed: Other Timeline

Here is my timeline. I sent an email on May 12 to enquire where they had sent the "Funding source memo" as my program sponsors appeared not to have received it. DOS did not reply to my enquiry, but soon updated the timeline. I understand this process is so long and time consuming. I got the receipt notice from USCIS, waiting for their decision now. However, I did not get the DOS hard copy yet. I do not check this forum often, but if someone has any specific questions, I will try to help. My email is ryan_mcd@yahoo.com.
