@español1974 I have your record too. But did not include you in the original post because you are November applicant. FYI- @tub77 was also on Nov.11. I will tag both of you in future posts.

Thank you, @Amoyar_Dever I sent an email to 212ewaiver@state.gov last week stating that I has been 11 weeks since I sent the documents. they replied next day with:

Thank you for your inquiry. We have checked our files and there is no record of having received your application.  If you have submitted your package along with the fee to the U.S. Bank in St. Louis, MO, your package will be forwarded to the Waiver Review Division in Washington, DC where it will be entered into the Waiver Review System.  At that time, you will be able to view the status of your case.  You should allow approximately 12-14 weeks from the time all documents were submitted before checking your status online.

Still no update on my end too...

I am not sure whether this is allowed here, admins please delete if this post is not allowed. Some of us are doing a Facebook messenger page for Sep Oct Nov applicants to keep us updated. This is just to share stress. Found some case updates there today from Oct applicants.

@BrunoJ1 @SomeoneNamedIan @WGLKID @Hdd @qwerqwer We all are October 2021 applicants. Anyone of you have any update on your case? I do not see even a first update (documents received) as of now.

@iwantmywaiver @etcoflife are also October applicants. @iwantmywaiver was first week of Oct, and @etcoflife is last week of Oct. They both see there case as received on the waiver portal.

Status quo. No updates.

Mine took 13 weeks, and the people posting around the same time as me took as long or more. Unfortunately all you need is patience.

My update is that this week this Sponsor Views (Received) showed up. Documents mailed in August.

May we know who was your sponsor?

Fulbright?

If it is Fulbright, then it's almost certain that a No Objection case will not be approved because the home country has no say on the value of the program... it was sponsored by US, and they don't issue waivers other than under some very specific circumstances (not N-O statements).

Dear all,

Don't be stressed in this J1-waiver process. I've been there a couple of months ago when I got my final approval from USCIS. It took me half a year of waiting. The approval rate is fairly high but the process takes time. I was stressed too, but there is almost nothing we can do other than wait. Take some action only if your process is taking way too longer than expected. Otherwise, just wait. As mentioned by others, expect to see your docs showing as "received" after 2-3 months of date of delivery. Then, wait for 4-6 months until the process is completed.

Good luck everybody!!!
