I'm not sure what to think I just got notice that my K3 was transferred.  But no notices on my I - 130s

Yes,I had a live chat with a USCIS Rep, he was the one that told me that my case was transferred to Texas.

You can ascertain that by visiting USCIS webpage to check for case status update.

My thoughts are that they aren’t sending transfer notices for those who have IOE numbers because technically those cases are not assigned to a specific service center. On the other hand, the I-129f has an LIN, officially assigning it to Nebraska and therefore they are required to send transfer notices.

USCIS agent being incompetent. I asked them to tell me what my service center is. They said "look at your notice", I told them "I have seen people online being told their service center by the live agent" they told me "I can't look into where you are."

Seems weird that they wouldn't be able to see the location. Never heard of a rep at USCIS that couldn't even see where your case was! I would try again trying with a different agent

I'm trying again yep, I looked afterwards in the facebook group and someone literally asked and straight away they got "yeah we can see youre in vermont" so it was just the agent being incompetent or lazy I think
