I was also transferred to Nebraska but my case was approved couple days after i filled 129f so hopefully your approval is next.

Good Morning everyone! I have a quick question: Our case hasnt seen a status update since March 20th. If it hasnt updated by May 20th, does that count as the "60 days inactive" for a case inquiry? I'm assuming no and that that is a far stretch, but thought i'd ask if anyone has heard of this being a thing to do.

If you don’t have an account you’ll have to wait to receive it in the mail, but this is good news! This mean that they’re working on your case. As soon as you receive it, submit whatever they’re asking asap!!!!

seriously am not happy RFE after 388 days this is not fair and we hired a lawyer for this job

I see, but you don’t know what the RFE is for. Things don’t always go our way. I hope this journey ends well for you! Oh and cheer up, some are still waiting.

Just got approval!! Wow! Unexpected!!

 

Priority date 11/06/2019

 

Nebraska Service Center, not transferred

 

Had two dates changes, once in February, the other May 1

 

Filed I-129 in December

 

I'll update my timeline soon! 

 

Looks like Nebraska is getting faster!

Just received  NVC DQ email few minutes ago. All documents were accepted and approved. Submitted documents on Monday 5/11.
