Congratulations on those approvals!! 🎉 sent my RFE today! Hope to hear good news soon! And for those that are still waiting, they are still working, don’t lose hope! Great day. 😊

It's seems they purposely abandoned the paper application and began to approve online applicants how can you approve someone that apply by January 2020 and not approve someone waiting for the past one year this is abnormal how can a world power doing things like a 3rd world country

I completely agree with you. It’s not fair, but that does not mean you should stop contacting them, If I were you I would do whatever it takes to get their attention. What’s your pd?

I know it's hard but those approvals are just a small number. It's not all 2020 that are being approved right now. But one sure thing, complaining won't help. You should focus on something else as you wait for your approval, otherwise it's gonna be really hard 🙂

Hang in there, it’s not easy but I’ve seen others that had to wait up to 400days. We will never know why. It maybe simply because they have not received results of background checks. We don’t know. However you’ll get through it.

I just saw this update today. Anybody know what this means? I never received this document, btw.

On April 16, 2020, we mailed your document for Receipt Number LIN1990######, directly to the address you gave us. If you do not receive your document by May 16, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request the document be sent to you.

It says you have until May 16th to get it, it's only May 6 today. It's a letter with your receipt number and info on it.

I completely understand and agree with you on this as my PD is 4/11/2019 as well. It really frustrating to see approvals for cases that were submitted way later than our. Not sure what else we can do except wait because they told me to wait until August before i can submit a case inquiry. The only thing I can recommend is to get away from groups or forums like these for sometime to take the stress off a bit, do video call with your spouse more to keep up the relationship to get through this and make plans to take trips together once the other half is over here.

Got an alert via text and email my rfe arrived yesterday afternoon. Today this AM i got an email titled "We have taken an action on your case" and says to login.   I've logged into both sites and don't see anything any update.

What should i be seeing? Is the Approved or etc email?

You have to wait now. It will probably take a week or two to see another update or approval (from what I see what others say)
