Hi,

I have been Following many pages including this for a while now and just thought I should also join the VJ community as a member instead of a peeper 🤪.

I am a USC/petitioner and Received NOA1- 11/14/19. I got bounced between TSC, then PSC then NSC. I asked customer service and they assured me that all looks good and I shouldn’t worry but just needs to wait through the processing time which is within normal time frame.

I was planning on visiting my hubby again before this COVID19 but it was too late. I am seriously thinking of moving there with him and just wait out until we get approved but that would really affect my work and school (doing my masters). Hhhhhh the wait is killing me. My husband is more patient and calm about all this than I am.

Seems everything is moving fast for us now. I just receive an email from NVC with case number and Invoice ID number just one day after case approval on 4/30 with USCIS. Still in shock it was that fast. 🙏

Hi when did the uscis informed you that your case was sent to the department of state and how long did you wait to received your invoice number?

They never did. Just check profile on 4/30 and saw I was approved as well as approval document on account.

CSC does process for Green card holders spouse. So if my case went there then it’s an issue.

Interesting that the site says I-130s are being transferred from Nebraska to Texas and other location... ours was in Texas, now being sent to Nebraska, which has a longer processing time :(

It depends on the country. My husband is from a country on the travel ban list, so we just continue to pray that everything works out so we can finally start our lives as man and wife here in the states. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Our parents are from one of those trump banned countries too. Have you heard if any parents (IR5) were granted visas via wavers from the banned countries or the ones you heard of getting waved were all spousal visas?

Most of the ones I've heard were spousal visas. Sorry. Don't know much else.
