We sent out our i130 last june and my husband got confused with i129f coz he thought thats only for k1 visa until i insisted to read and understood what it says there until we decided to sent i129f last nov 2019 and it got denied the next day after our i130 got approved.

Got another update today, these are my date changes: Feb23-transfer from NSC to CSC, March31, April7, now April27. Praying for good news! I will keep you guys updated. PD Nov5

I-130 Approval!

 

Priority Date is November 4, 2019, assigned to Nebraska. No expedite or I-129F filed. Saw first date change on Feb 23rd. On March 5th, I asked Emma and was told that my case was transferred to California. Saw another date change on March 29th. Saw another date changed on April 24th. Checked this morning again, status was changed to Case Closed, so I checked Documents tab, and there's the I-130 approval PDF!

There is so much movement within  #IOE in Nebraska, with this years PD. just seen a post this morning on FB group from this girl with PD 4/3/2020 and she got approved 4/21/2020! 😱

18 days away from being able to submit an inquiry for being outside of normal processing time. 
 

does anyone know how long it takes to get a decision after your submit the inquiry?

Thanks. If you have the online account check under documents and you will see the RFE. That is how I saw mine and responded fast before getting the slow mail. Don't sweat it it might be something easy. I sent all my documents with both I-130 & I-129f applications including my marriage certificate. However, because my paper application was converted to an online IOE application some of my documents were not upload and pictures were sent back to me.

I got LIN receipt for my I-129F. Status has never been changed since received. Seems like they never check it because nothing was done with it before my I-130 approval.

Hi everyone! Our PD is December 13 2019. We were curios if the case was transferred or still at Nebraska. My husband got in touch with the USCIS people to find out if we were transferred and how long we have to wait. We weren't transferred and have to wait 16 to 21 months for the approval process. He told he is a citizen. I thought the processing time for citizen filling for spouse is 12.5 to 16 months. Now we don't know what to think. Anyone called them lately and got a different response?

Yes! I found out it’s because I sent in a copy of my abstract birth certificate and not my certified full birth certificate. Did you upload yours online or you sent it in via mail?
