Mine was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont 2/28, on 4/7 it was moved to Texas, and we just got an approval today. We filed 5/6/19. Vermont is slower than Nebraska. I never got a notice so I inquired about a notice on a phone call and a chat and about a week after I did that, it got transferred to Texas and the next day the notice came in the mail. Hang in there!

We got two updates. Transferred 2/28, then again on 4/7, then our approval came through today.

Getting date updates is good, sign of them working actively on the file. I've had 3 recent date changes but no approval yet and customer rep at chat told me those date changes don't really mean anything(whatever), but that my file was awaiting final decision.

Teary eyes when i saw the updates thru case tracker online i thought i was just dreaming!!!🤣 i29f no update yet but i130 got approved.

Got a change in status of my wife's application via text today....excited for a second then it said i owe an REQUEST for Additional Evidence. Greaaaat. To be honest, i thought i did over and above the evidence portion.

 

So is it only through literally an incoming letter it shows what you owe?

 

Given, i submit asap, How much did i delay the process?
