Even IOE wise its not sequential. It jumps around, there is no clarity. My case is IOE but cases later than my date are approved. Feel bad for the ones that are before mine and not approved. At the least they should change the status to processing (if they are indeed looking into it and delayed due to (whatever) checks ). No good customer support too.

Me being from India makes this nightmarish immigration process with years of H1B waits to GC and now this! 10+ years of my life I have been waiting for PD to move (either mine for GC or my wife's for 130).

Sorry me: whining.

People will need some more information to help you out:

Are you a US Citizen or a permanent resident?

what country is the beneficiary from?

I assume your Service center is Nebraska?

I filled two i130s for my wife and stepson. Accepted Oct 26 and Dec 4.

Oct 26 date changed on Feb 26. DEC 4 date change on April 1st. What does the date change mean? Is it a good sign?

Also they mispelled my name on the Oct 26 application. I have contac5them many times but the name is still wrong on my online account. Is this a USCIS error and grounds to expedite?

Getting worried!  Okay even though all my NOA1's  came from the NSC, Wife and 2 daughters, doing a live chat through Emma, I was informed that 2 cases are in Texas, and one in Potomac. All had the same PD date of July 22 2019.  Also during the live chat the agent stated that there was nothing on the cases getting transferred.  I submitted a K-3 in October, 28th received date,  it was transferred to Texas on March 9th.  According to the USCIS's cite Processing times for Texas the date to be able to file an inquiry is right now July 17th.  If I calculate correctly and if they increment daily, that should mean by Friday if I do not get any action I should be able to file an Inquiry.  I just pray something happens.  Also with the one case being separated what trouble will that bring.  My Lawyer seems to think that the K3 will tie them all together.  Any Ideas?!

Oh I see. Did you simultaniously file the I-485 Adjustment of Status form (since you are within the US)?

If yes, then I assume you should be getting an invitation for a biometrics appointment (if you haven't already recieved that a long time ago).
The Adjustment of Status process (applying from within the US) is a bit different than the one where the beneficiary is outside the US.

If you didn't file the I-485, that's maybe where it got stuck because I think the I-485 is processed by the local office - in your case a San Antonio office closest to where you live.

Maybe read through the process real quick to find out what you've already done and what not:

And also fill out your profile's timeline - this will ensure that people can help you quicker.

I have heard there are some that was given visas. They got a waiver and on their visa it says Presidential proclamation waived. The consular applies for the waiver.

So majority are being denied and only a few getting visas?
