Thank you guys. My PD was 12/11/2019. My first NoA1 was issued from TSC.On 2/23 it was re assigned to Nebraska and my NoA2 came from Nebraska Service Center. I filled everything online and my receipt number started with IOE.

I have heard there are some that was given visas. They got a waiver and on their visa it says Presidential proclamation waived. The consular applies for the waiver.

Nebraska apparently only is fast for people that have IOE Cases. 

 

Seems kinda unfair. I am happy for everyone who gets approved, but feeling sad that the others that are April/May/June filers have to wait much much longer, even though they paid the same ammount of money.

I feel bad for those still waiting. My case was approved on March 13, and our PD was May 30. I have no idea why they have seemingly gone on to IOE cases and skipped all those April,and May LIN cases. Unless background checks are taking an unusual amount of time. It's very sad and yes unfair, but please hang in there. Prayers for all still waiting!!🙏🙏🙏

Maybe you should just keep calling uscis. I would. This just doesn't make sense.

It's kinda funny, since I wrote my last post today, complaining about the Nebraska Timeline..

 

I finally got approved today. 

 

PD June 6th

 

and my I-129 was denied today too.

 

Super happy but I am sad for all the April/May cases that are still not approved.
