I’m going through the same thing I hope. I got an update March 31st (for background check)

case was transferred from Nebraska to California Service Center, I got another update on April 7th. I requested an expedite on 4/01/2020 and got denied. My priority date is Nov5, 2019. Someone told me keep pushing with the expedite, keep calling, and keep messaging and you’ll get their attention and it seem like it worked. I’m hoping this is all good news for us all!

Nice! I hope its good news for you.

My case was approved way before than what i thought and i was thinking since it was approved in advance i would have to wait longer to get my case number at NVC but on the same day i got everything. Looks like things are speeding up for IOE cases

I’m still here with a Priority date of May 2019.

For the last month this is all I’m seeing: On March 9, 2020, we transferred your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number LIN1990xxxxxx, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 8, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice.

I haven’t received any transfer notice by mail or email and I don’t know where the application is transferred to. Anyone else here in the same boat? I’m seeing approvals here for PD after May now!

Expedite saying clear USCIS error. Did you send form G-1145? If yes, explain it when asked.

You call, they put in the expedite then they send you email with details about where to send your reply email (you write the email Reply with subject as described).

Explain why it’s USCIS error by indicating the form.

My case was approved on March 13th but still nothing from NVC? How long does it take to hear from them?

I’ve heard months, weeks, and days, at this point you’ll just have to wait and see or better yet call, but they’ll probably tell you the same thing.

Hello All,

I have question regarding the my.uscis.gov website. Under "documents" of my 130 case I dont see all the documents I sent to USCIS. I just see a partial document of my divorce decree (few pages) and nothing else.

Do you guys see all the documents you sent to USCIS?  FYI my process was from Sept 2019; although an IOE but I sent the documents by mail. I believe later on the process became fully automated.

Thanks for your help.

Any help with my question?
