Hello All,

I have question regarding the my.uscis.gov website. Under "documents" of my 130 case I dont see all the documents I sent to USCIS. I just see a partial document of my divorce decree (few pages) and nothing else.

Do you guys see all the documents you sent to USCIS?  FYI my process was from Sept 2019; although an IOE but I sent the documents by mail. I believe later on the process became fully automated.

Thanks for your help.

Hey guys, just FYI. Today has been the single largest approval jump in the PD 8/8/19 control group that I follow (500 receipt numbers closest to my IOE). These are the stats from yesterday vs. today. 20 approvals before noon.

Before today, they’d been trickling in with, at most, 2 approvals per day.

** To clarify- these charts aren't exclusive of Nebraska but they are all IOE receipt numbers. In addition, the approved batches seem to be in sequential order. In other words, they approved IOE....172, 173, 174, etc. My app is in these stats. I have a PD of 8/8/19 and my date changed to 4/6 yesterday.

I sincerely hope this means IOE receipt numbers are moving along and that we all get approvals soon. I feel really bad for people waiting since early 2019, and I truly hope this means your approval is coming soon.

Just wanted to share my $0.02.

From what I've seen, IOE aren't treated any different from LIN's in terms of how they are processed, IOEs from california are already in Septembers, whereas ones transferred to Vermont is still waiting for LIN's to be processed first. Who knows where Nebraska is, looks like processing June/July. Only difference seems to be that LIN get transfer notice and IOE doesn't. So it's all a game of luck, how soon yours is going to be processed is which center it ends up in or gets transferred to. Yes I am bitter, in case it wasn't obvious 😫

Wanting to scream!  When I look at the latest I-130 NOA2's, I am sure others are feeling it also, and about 2/3 of the last 50 were all submitted after ours. Congratulations to  the lucky ones.  Also when it comes to processing times, should I use the Service center that apparently actually has my cases or the one that I received the NOA1 from?  PD 07/22/2019 NOA1 received from NSC, chatting with agent 2 cases are in Texas, and one in Potomac.  Also I want to pray the crisis calms down and life returns to normal soon.

I’m going through the same thing I hope. I got an update March 31st (for background check)

case was transferred from Nebraska to California Service Center, I got another update on April 7th. I requested an expedite on 4/01/2020 and got denied. My priority date is Nov5, 2019. Someone told me keep pushing with the expedite, keep calling, and keep messaging and you’ll get their attention and it seem like it worked. I’m hoping this is all good news for us all!
