Having an IOE receipt means it can be processed in any SC even though the notice of receipt came from Nebraska?

I hope so because Nebraska is so slow :( My PD is october 2019.

And how do you guys know your case has been transfered?

Thanks a lot and have a nice day.

I have this same question. Our PD January 28th 2020. IOE number but letter from Nebraska. Haven't heard anything since.

My case was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont. The wait time is longer. I’m super discouraged. We were almost to the outside normal processing times for Nebraska. Now we have to wait a potential more ten months just for an approval? My heart just sank. Why would they send it to a center with a longer processing time? Doesn’t that increase the workload at that one place? To make matters worse, it seems Nebraska cases AFTER ours are getting approved and we are still in that dark abyss.

Congratulations!! That’s awesome.

I search the same 500 cases around my date every day to see the movement. As of 9AM in Nebraska, there are two 8/8/2019 PDs approved (though I can’t tell from which S.C.).  Glad to see August and September movement.

hang in there, doubt it will take the full 20 months. It sucks we got transferred to VT and not cali or texas, but it is what it is.

UPDATE:

Following up on cases remaining:

13.33% in Jan.
28.70% in Feb.
33.20% in Mar.
71.40% in Apr.
89.30% in May.
71.10% in Jun.

* These are almost two weeks worth of statistics.

* These suggest that April is currently the fastest in processing, however, April, May, and June are almost all equal in processing. March has a steady-ish rate. But Jan and Feb are declining.

* Over 1200 cases were recently transferred, in May, in preparation for processing/approval.

@AMS13 Can you please make another update. I wish I knew how to do it myself. I'm especially interested in the January and February cases still left to process. Thank you! 🙏
