This is my first post been watching from the fence— today marks 412 days since my PD 02/19. Our cas was translated to Vermont 01/27/20 since then we’ve not heard a thing 😒

But it is just concerning b/c on chronological number, i believe two numbers up and two numbers down were approved.   Im just thinking that its where my wife is from...high level of fraud.   Can i PM you my LIN#? Maybe you can find something more than i have. WE've never got transferred that i know of and have been stuck at LIN.

hello can please someone help me out how can  i get police clearance certificate  when you live outside my country ?

@AMS13 been reading through your rich advices and opinions... Is USCI processing transferred cases to Vermont based on when the were received at the new jurisdiction or just randomly!? I saw only 8 - I130 cases that have not been touched. Should we expect to hear something soon? How soon?

i went to the my consulate and they told me there's only criminal record that's all

I have to share! I filed in September 2019. My case was transferred from Nebraska to Texas in feb 2020. I did not receive any notice that my case was transferred. I called last Wednesday and requested expedited processing based on clear USCIS error because they transferred my case and didn’t send me notice of transfer. 2 days later they approved my request to expedite and today they approved my petition!! Good luck everyone!

In this list of the mass transferred, another one I was not lucky and I am one of those 8 cases that were left untouched and still have not received any answer .... I am from Brazil and My Pd June 4th for i-130 I have 301 days .. . I also applied for the i-129f Pd 18 October and I'm already 165 days waiting .... my last attempt was to ask Congressman TED DEUTCH for help ... I'm still waiting ... I still see several approvals on casetrack, mass transfers above and below my case number for both i-130 and i-129f ... Trust God and victory and yours ... mine will come, I believe in him.
