Sounds like you won’t. Everyone if not most have not received a notice of transfer. Including myself. Ours looks like it was transferred to CSC.

I wonder ,the nebraska service center is open and working or not? my PD is 15 feb. I submitted an inquiry and received a reply from uscis two weeks ago that my case is under the process to review by a officer. Can someone help me. Why they are delaying the processing.

Every case is different and some of them need more investigation for their backgrounds, that’s what I was told when I asked them.

Is it advisable to call or write to USCIS or one should just wait am getting frustrated.

You have the option of doing it. People definitely do it, it’s your choice. I remember there was one person here who called almost every day and got their case approved after it was pending for only 6 months or so 😅

I sent them e request. They told me that they apologise for delay and if i don't receive anything in 2 months. Give us a call.
