I think my case was transferred to California. Anyone else have info or any approvals from California? Original PD July 15 2019 Nebraska and k3 sent aug 30th. I’ll need to inquire and see if the 129 was transferred too. I hope this doesn’t delay anything further. Feels like a double whammy.

Ours was transferred to California too, we applied for k3 in August and it’s still in Nebraska. We have 3 petitions and one of ours was approved Friday just gone. (our PD is July 9)  Still waiting on the other 2 at the minute.

Thanks!. Which petitions were they? Ours is citizen petitioning spouse, which I have read that some people were saying do not get processed in California. Assuming it’s all hands on deck at this point. Idk. This gives me little bit of hope lol.

Same, citizen petitioning spouse, and also for 2 step children, hence why we’ve got 3 in process. I was same as you, worrying as they don’t process citizen petitions usually and hadn’t seen any approvals yet so we were shocked to get that Friday, but now I’m worrying why we’ve only had 1 and not the other 2 yet
