Hi, though I'm new here and from Nigeria too, dont get so anxious about the ban, I have seen Nigerians get immigrant visas after the ban took effect. 

The new exectptions here as per shared from those who were successful are: more stringent questions, avoid contradicting stories, attestation of birth required, original waec results among others requested.

I don't think you are the only one this is happening too. Still lots of Jan., Feb and March cases that have not been approve or touch. The only thing we can do is focus on how to ride out this COVID-19 to stay safe until we are reunited with the love one. April 11 PD here by the way.

NOA2: March 18, 2019

Case was transferred from NEBRASKA to POTOMAC long ago I suspect.
