AMS13 Thank you so much for keeping everyone here updated in things. Honestly, this week has been horrible. I lost my little dog, my child, my companion Lilly after having her for 15 years. I have cried all week and today I was blessed beyond measure to have our case approved..

Happy to help anyway I can. How are you going to deal with the travel ban btw?

I want to scream. This process is SO unfair.

It IS unfair and you have no clue. You've been waiting for months, I know several people who had to wait a few years and they had better circumstances, better filing, and applied even before the current administration's delays :).

So, be patient. USCIS MUST process all cases, sooner or later.

Okay I just got my head spinning.  Just did live chat through EMMA.  it appears the two of my three I-130's are at Texas, and one is in Potomac.  and I verified my K-3 is now at Texas.  Hoping to see approvals soon! but worried that the one is separate from the others.  Also I asked about not getting a transfer notice, they said they saw no transfers other that the K-3.

I am actually in the US now, unable to go back until further notice. I mean I am rather stuck here with my hubby, but the world is going crazy.

I am happy that people get approved though, that means they are still working. Good luck to everyone who is missing his or her better half now. Like @AMS13 mentioned, every case has to be processed.

keeping my fingers crossed for everyone.

AMS13 I have no clue how we'll deal with the travel ban. As of now we are taking it one day at a time.

I truly hate that I feel guilty that our case was approved and some people are still waiting. When I asked the USCIS agent before why some people were getting approved faster than us she said that sometimes it's extensive background checks.  I really don't know. She said each case is different. Any way, I am sorry that you guys are still waiting and I pray you'll hear something very soon.🙏🙏🙏

Hi Wcalm1,

Exactly what did you ask Emma to find out what service center your i130s are at ? She wasn’t very helpful to me when I was asking about the service center my case was transferred to 😭

I first asked for live chat, then asked to verify locations they will ask, case numbers. name, date of birth etc.  Then I asked about the location of my cases. I'm still worried that the  youngest daughter's case is not at the same center.

Our case was approved today!

PD April 08 2019

We sent in form G-1145 for e-notification, but no email has arrived.

How long after the approval should the email arrive?

Congratualtions!

FINALLY after 20 months and 6 days the U.S. Embassy in Singapore decided the NVC had a stick up their bums and approved us for an expedite!🥳🥳🥳  It's moving super fast now and the Embassy has already contacted us a few times in just over 24 hours. In that time our case changed to "in transit" and then to "Ready" and she has already gotten an email on instructions for scheduling her medical and interview (hopefully today in Singapore she'll get her medical scheduled for sometime very soon) so the ball is finally rolling again... Thank the Lord this NIGHTMARE!!!!! of a process is coming to an end and we will be together soon! Good luck and best of wishes to everyone dealing with this nonsense also...✌✌👍👍
