My husband and I have faced one hurdle after another and now this. All wr can do now is put everything in God's hands and wait. It's so disappointing to see cases filed way after ours be transferred and approved and here we are, not only facing this long process, but then the travel ban and now this virus.  When will it all end.

The "hurry up and wait" aspect of this infernal immigration process is the most basic part of it and the hardest thing to abide.

Back in my days, the I-129F for Mrs. T-B.-to-be took forever.  It was one of the last to be approved in our monthly filing group.

I wasn't into violent physical exercise, so I would (mentally) put my fist through walls, etc.

It isn't easy, but we're all in it (or have all been in it) together.  Keep relying on your good group here, and be strong.

I contacted USCIS through Emma and spoke with a live person.  The info I got was not very encouraging.  My case was transferred to Vermont.  Interesting though what they said.  I am upset the time just got extended by months!  Anyone seeing approvals out of VT?

I guess kind of good news for us (or so I hope). We had the date change on February 23rd I think it was. Sent a message through the account and figured out it was transferred to Texas. A lot shorter processing times and you can inquiry on August 9th right now and we are September 30th, so we are happy that hopefully in a couple months if it's not approved, we can inquire into it.

My case was transferred from Nebraska to California. I don't think I've seen anyone else here on the forums go in that direction - anyone else?

Me 👋🏾 Lol, I spoke to a representative over the phone she told me usually it takes 6months for approval, I’m 4months in. Praying for the best.

My spouse case got transferred to Potomac and after February 23, it’s in California. They don’t have a processing time for I-130 for spouse listed on their website. I’m not sure how we are supposed to find that out and submit an inquiry if it’s over the processing time.

My date changed on the 27th.  but have nothing about why, unknown if transferred?  I have a lawyer she said the are supposed to inform us if transferred.  I have seen some have found that they were transferred and had no notice.

IOEs aren’t getting notifications. Just do a general query from your USCIS my account inbox and it’ll tell you your service center

Thanks @TBoneTX.

UPDATE:

Yesterday's yield was one of the highest case processing, and more so for approvals. Actually, I've never seen so many approvals in one day, except once!

Anyway, good news for everyone I hope .. will post some statistics later.

Yes, there is. For green card holders filing for their spouses .. does that apply to you? or did you mark this in your petition by mistake? Check if you have copies.

However, if the answer is NO to both questions, and you're sure 100% of this clear error, then you are qualified for an expedite based on the grounds of a "clear USCIS error". All you have to do is call USCIS, confirm the transfer to CSC, and IF this is the case, then directly and immediately ask to expedite the case and mention this category and explain the situation .. you don't even have to convince the officer on the call.

Let us know how it goes.
