Ok! Finally I sent out our AoS stuff today recorded delivery. Probably should have posted to double check before sending it all out, but this is what I sent:

Packet Contents for Hubby (K-3):

I-485 form Adjustment of Status from Non-immigrant Family K-3 Visa with check (includes $70 biometrics fee), 2 passport style photographs and all supporting evidence:

Marriage Certificate

Divorce Decree prior marriage

I-129F – Approval Notice Copy

I-130 – Approval Notice Copy

Birth Certificate (Him)

Birth Certificate (Me)

Passport Copy

K-3 Visa Copy

I-94 Front and Back Copy

G-325A

I-864 completed by (wife/petitioner) with 2006 W2, list of 2006 wages used in lieu of W2 from foreign employer, 2006 tax return, letter from employers

I-864 completed by (mother-in-law/joint sponsor) with 2004, 2005, 2006 taxes returns and W2’s, pay stubs, letter from employer, copy of passport, copy of marriage license (because of her name change on the tax forms since she was married in 9/2006)

Supplemental Form to I-693 Sealed in Envelope (Vaccinations) – Physical completed for K-3 Visa March 30, 2007 Knightsbridge Doctor, London

I-130 with check and Cover Letter, Birth Certificate (Me), Birth Certificate (Him), Marriage Record, Divorce Decree prior marriage

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png
