so sir me and my family have f3 ceac and they in interview in 11 april 2016 give us 221g submit document so after they give us passport so after we give them all this document  they sent us paper 2 we see here the paper 1 is in interview in 11 april 2016 to submit document and in 11 jul 2016 they give us 2 paper still in ap after this 3 march change to refused so we still in ap ?

AP now shows as refused.  You haven't heard anything since 2016?

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

no just we still in ap since 11 jul 2016 unitl now nothing you thank lawsuit can do any thing coz its crazy 4 years we ready or ceac but my mother and father in ap and we link in my mother coz she have the ceac so can lawsuit do anything or just waiting ?? oh and all massage i send to embassy they tell us we still in ap

If you submitted the requested docs and you have not heard anything back you can consider filing a Writ of Mandamus.  You will want an attorney for that.

Ok thank you. She didnt give me any letter or tell me i was refused, she jus handed me 221g form with the requirements ticked, Well my worry is that my passport was returned to me 😔

it work or just spend money cos they say its just push to give us decision and can be denial so its scary to after all this year ??? sir its crazy we do everything they tell us to do in 11 jul they give we in ap its crazy all attorney give us they same wait just wait

There is the Immigrant Visa Ban from Nigeria so if the CO didn't recommend a waiver then there is no need for your passport.

I've seen 3 year AP but never 4 year. 

 

If you haven't had success directly contacting them, or the congressional delegation, you aren't really left with many options.

Let me see what happens, im still in AP tho it shows Refused, i shall keep praying.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
