CR1 is the only one. Unless you are thinking K3 which is effectively dead.

β€œIf you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

It will depend on your situation. If you confident about your relationship , you can go with CR1. If not, you can go with K1.

It's not about confidence. In both cases, you have to be ready to get married. A K1 is not a "let's see how it goes" visa.

OP, are you married? Then the CR1 is your only option. Otherwise, @missilemanΒ has a good list of pros and cons of the K1 and CR1.
