Yikes! Don’t be intimidated, you have every right to ask them.
as for the 1st prima facia, leg if go, it’s in the past. Going forward, be on top of everything.
Are you more comfortable with your lawyer’s paralegal? In my experience they are less likely to come across snappy, lawyers are under a lot of stress and have long hours, so 🤷🏻‍♀️No excuse but you know... mine gets like that over the phone at times but is the sweetest person on e-mail and in person, so I stick to e-mail and in person meetings if possible.

wait another 2 weeks for your receipt, if nothing shows up, e-mail your lawyer before calling

Thank you so much. I emailed him. He is probably too busy to reply.

Do you know how to use prima facie to go to school please?

Great! They don’t reply right away... mine replies within 24 hrs if it’s an real urgent thing or 48 if it’s routine etc

how to use prima facia for school, not sure. There were conversations about it in previous parts... look back one or two ( 16 or 17). Basically you can apply for FAFSA speak to the college’s financial aid office, you need to explain to them that you are eligible as they most likely are not familiar with our situation.

I am sore someone who has experience will reply with more details.

Just to give people hope they started working on cases that were submitted in December 2018.

How did you find out? I’m Jan 2019 also. I’m praying for victory soon.

Hey Aidan 85! Did you get at least courtesy letter? As I understand from reading forum and talking to my lawyer it takes approximately 4 months from approval to courtesy letter and after about 2 months till interview notice but still it's all individual.
