Yes, it's New friggin York:s I know that I may not be approved at the interview for the GC but I need a resolution either yes or no. Not dying to stay here forever.

I was married with a USC.

I knew it! This place is notorious for the bizarre wait time! How did I end up here?😳 there was a time I wanted to relocate just so my case could move along...your case is probably at the Manhattan office..or Brooklyn..those two have the craziest wait times in NYC!!! Go ahead and contact your rep.👍 praying for you..and thanks about my GC😘

I have never been arrested in any country, my name is not common, I have only 3 complete namesakes in my home country and 2 in the USA, according to the white pages. None of them are felons. It's just vawa petition, not AOS. The Congressman said they informed him that it was "routine" background check. Can I hope that it means that they aren't digging too deep and it'll be over soon? Also, I can't understand, why when I sent them yet another I-765 , in a week, my online I-360 status changed from approved to "on 22 January we received your correspondence for Form I-360... We are reviewing your correspondence and..I didn't send them any correspondence concerning my I-360 petition. VSC has never asked me for bio or fingerprints.

I just want to share what I submitted for prove of sharing spouse my abusive spouse on my wawa packet. Do you guys think that this is a weak proves? Our bills used to come separate. I have never thought putting our bills on both names. do you think that they can deny or they may ask more proff of residency?

 

Police report shows that she is was living our apartment

Manager letter

1 letter from friend who become co signed for my aparment, lease was on his name

her bills ( not on both on name) I had six bills of spouse ( dental health, department, insurance)

my bills ( same)

picture of mailbox showing our both names

changing adress of spouse paper after incident happened ( USPS)

 

Even if they ask more evidence I dont have to add more. Anybody same statition got approved?

Hi dear, I have to say that you even had more documents than I did..hence my RFE for shared residence and good faith marriage at some point in my journey! The problem is who is handling your case..some are easier to convince than others..sometimes you have more than enough proofs but if faced with an overzealous officer who wants to practice his or her skills with you..it may be tough! I pray a humane officer is in charge of your case and will be satisfied with your evidence which I think is ok..not a lot, but can serve the purpose. I believe my affidavit..very detailed..helped me explain more why I didn't have more evidence. So prepare to write if you are sure you can not provide further evidence. Other than that you should be fine!🙏😊
