1. Good moral character.

What constitutes as a good moral character.

" when i filed i send a police clearance for good moral character from my county"

 

Statements from my neighbor and landlord.

 

2. Good faith marriage

 

When i apply i only send 

Self affidavit and life insurance plan and bank account that we just started.

 

Can you please help me please.

@Klein hello how are you? Dont worry God got you dear..., I read you got REF, 

For good moral character I would suggest you get Another police clearance of GMC from your country again, pls makes sure  it is sealed and not opened, then also get you good friends to write letter of Good moral character for you, if u are close to any Doctor , lawyer or soldier friend beg them to write a letter of good moral character for you , Try to get up to 4 or 5 letters of Good moral character make sure it is Notarized by them .... Also get police clearance from any county’s or states you have lived  in the U.S for the last  6months even if u only live there for  put all this together and submit for Good moral character... 

For good faith marriage Resubmit bank statement, health insurance, marriage certificate, any documents that shows you and ur spouse names together, You can ask you friend and Neigbour that knows you and your spouse  to also write a letter for you to say they know you and your spouse ... make sure all the letters you get are notarized pls it is important.., God bless u @sandraj is our lawyer here hopefully she would also respond to you

If they asked you for GMC from back home please send it to them. Petitioners can submit evidence that can help their cases anytime before final decision!👍

Just saw your message(inbox). Responding here so that anyone else in your shoes can take note! This is not a lot of RFE like you said..lol. Read the RFE very well..sometimes they ask for GMC from your home country not only here in the states! You need to write stating you're a person of GMC basically convincing them you're not going to be a problem in anyway or form. They also want to know it's the same where you're from... Friends and  family can write..pastor from church, members too, co-workers..neigbours can also write..as for good faith marriage..submit anything you previously overlooked, along with what you sent in earlier..a very detailed affidavit can make the difference this time. Explain why you don't have a lot of documents. Tell the story from courtship through abuse. Friends, family, neighbours can write too..if you have pictures..cool. Make sure you explain each activity in the pictures stating who's in them! You'll be fine!👌👍😊

See this..I believe you need to go to your nearest police HQ. I did mines in N.Y. 👇👇👇

Police clearance certificate is same as FBI clearance Certificate. ... FBI calls it Identity History Summary Checks. All 10 fingerprints are required for running a background check and receiving FBI Clearance Certificate.

Totally understand. You need to get yourself together because when anxiety sets in, confusion is not far off. You need a clear head and good composure for this..you can start writing your affidavit..put your heart into it. Also for the typo you talked about in my inbox..you can explain it in the affidavit. The affidavit is a clean sheet to set the record straight..a chance to win them over..fear not God is with you!🙏

Thank you for your reply. USCIS erroneously presumed that I lived back home more than  6 months prior to to the date of arrival as that was a short visit so don't you think a little explanation with copy of passport Exit/Entry record 'll work?

Second, do you think they believe in the rest of my story or should I substantiate  it with more evidence? tanks

Hey how long have you lived in the U.S. for? If you were here less than 3yrs prior to filing then you need the report from your home country..if not then you can do as you have said above!👆

Also if anything else was unclear, they would ask for more proofs. That said if you feel you need to send in more evidence, go ahead!👍
