You can not send video because it's not acceptable by USCIS! Someone can testify via an affidavit about the content of the video. You can also mention that there's video evidence when you write..👍

My second question is since all in person interview and in person services are suspended because of the COVID19 is there a chance that the interview will be waived ? 

Not everyone gets these updates..that said, you should enquire to know the status of your i485..if your lawyer won't do it, go to your representative..that way you'll know the status quo and your fears allayed! For your second question..we've heard of rare cases where the interview was waived..these are all based at the discretion of the officer! Hopefully they look at the possibility of sending out GCs to those who clearly don't need an interview for closure or as they seem appropriate (discretion)!👍

Adding to what stillwinning said, take screenshots of the key moments and add to your evidence as a back up if what you wrote in affidavit

Ok because we have a lot of pictures and videos together 
so what about the pictures how to send it

Photos: 

I had got mine printed at the Walmart photo studio and arranged them in those photo sleeves—however, my lawyer made color photocopies to send to uscis, multiple pictures in one page. Uscis had specific guidelines that they want us to follow.

So put all the pictures in one paper right?

Not all pics in one sheet, do like 2 per page. They should be able to see it. 
also, I would write under the picture who was in the picture and what is happening, where you went. Example, if it a picture of you two on a date, write under it that it is you and your partner at XYZ on a date for whatever date ( month and year will be good if you can’t remember the actual day) 

 

for messages, I printed one screenshot per page, like big. It’s easier to read and follow. 
 

YOU DONT WANT THE OFFICER TO STRUGGLE TO READ OR UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE PRESENTING. 
 

MAKE THEIR LIFE EASIER SO THEY CAN HELP YOU BEST. 
 

THINK OF IT LIKE A PRESENTATION IN SCHOOL OR WORK, do your best

New card produced means your C31 EAD is being produced because your case has been approved..it's a process, eventually it will be updated to approved! Your case(i485) has been transferred to your local office to join the queue for Greencard interview! Next step is probably courtesy letter and interview notice.👍

10/10/2018    USCIS received I-360, I-485 and I-765

12/04/2018   USCIS Requested for additional evidence for Form I-360.

01/03/2019   USCIS received documents requested for RFE

01/11/2019   Status been updated as Fees waived for I-485 and I-765

06/07/2019   USCIS issued EAD card (C-09) based on I-765 application.

04/10/2020   USCIS has updated I-360 case status as "New Card Is Being Produced"
