Yes USCIS will send you C31 when your case is approved. The approval letter usually comes anytime from 30-90days...got mine under 30days though. Some people waited longer..👍

Another 6 month prima facie today, really??? 🙂

Hello hope my VJ family is safe and in good health. 

 

My lawyer is asking 3000 for responding for the RFE for Bonafide Marriage am not sure if this will be easy for me to do any advise will be helpful.

no work no money no school  its very tough.

 

I have very minimal pics

Address proof by my name at the same address we lived together nothing joint lease 

no bank statement to prove

as the marriage lasted less then 6 months on

 

Your help will make a big difference 30 days left to respond.

You can write down statement in detail why you didn't have financial co-mingling with your spouse that can help your case

Your attorney is trying to rob you, don't let it happen! Shut it down real quick! Tell him you'll do it yourself! Thank you sir, I'll take it from here!😏👎 I personally didn't have a lot of documents but here I am today chilling with my GC! Gather the minimal documents you have then back it up with a powerful affidavit narrating your story with your spouse from courtship through abuse..get friends and family to write as well. It's NOT a tough RFE so don't fret! Start now..your lawyer will be surprised to see you APPROVED!!!🙌😏

Hi dear. Congrats! Im sep 2018 and same approval in march 2020 no REF. I have my C31 card on my hands took only 7 days since they show card being reproduce to be handed to my lawyer office. Im waiting for the SSN. Do you know how long it takes for USCIS to send it?
