Thanks Sandra.

I'm filing for renewal of my EAD. The first one I got the fees waived.

Do I have to submit a new Fee Waiver ?

Under C09 category there's no charge for renewal, so no need to file a waiver.

I just received deferred action notice and approval letter in the mail. (I got my c31 EAD in January)

It says class 1B1. Does anybody know what that means? I haven’t read this here in the forum before...

@Shroy123  @Stillwinning!!!😊

1B1 is the eligibility for battered spouse.

Hello everyone. I-360 is already pass 30 days pass the processing time and I just received a prima facie extension for another 180 days. Do they approve cases if the prima facie is not expired or will I have to wait for it to expire for an approval?

Good you received your PF ext. Your case can be approved anytime..it's not based on the validity of your PF. Good thing USCIS is still working on cases..I've seen some approvals even in the midst of the pandemic.👍😊

When i filed for a renewal of my EAD under the category C09 it was rejected because of a missing payment, idk if my lawyer messed something up but i was requested to file a waiver or to pay so we filed a waiver and i hope they will accept it.

EAD EXP 03/25/2020- Renewal filed 01.10.2020

Received of Denial 03.15.2020

Waver filed 03.23.2020

USCIS Package Received - 03/27/2020

Hope i still will be eligible for the 180 days extension

OMG really long time. After you receive your card for the i360 approval how long it tooks to deliver the SSD?

If you mean SSN it took them 9 weeks because they have to check with USCIS:rolleyes: they said 6 weeks. and now i have to send a renewal real quick because I have like 4 months left for the EAD. VAWA and the waiting game. But hung on there we are almost there, next thing we know having the GC on hand. We might get it straight due to the Corona. God be with all of us.

Just seen your inbox. Thanks my darling. Godbless. I really hope they consider sending out Greencards..the wait is long enough..and considering the current situation.😘❤ stay safe hon.

Thanks dear, yeah if I were them considering the documents that doesn't really need interviews should have granted the GC. I think it might help the upcoming case timeline as well. my lawyer told me there were no interviews before.

Years ago I guess, all that changed. But every now and then we still hear of cases (GC) approved without the interview. It would be a good consideration. 😊👍

I hope so to, it will be much better and safer if they decide to approve our GC without an interview 🙏 I hope they consider this as an option 🙏❤️

Please be safe people and don't give up good will help us all
