Hi still winning! That's great news on not needing new biometrics. Had you done yours on the US or your consulate abroad? I did mine abroad. I wonder if that changes anything?

Yeah.. the current situation is one of the reasons USCIS is taking that measure. I did mine here in New York. One time only..2017. You don't need to worry about anything..USCIS will contact you if anything is needed.👍

Hi Touna. When you received these updates, did they actually appear after you sent some letters to USCIS or were they just showing up for no reason?

I just got one like that for my I360 and I didn't send them anything/don't have a lawyer.

Thank you.

@Stillwinning!!!😊 Do you have any idea why would this update appear 2 months after I360 approval and I haven't sent them anything?

Hi. Mine updated same way after i360 approval..but most likely due to the fact that I had changed my address. It's definitely not a cause for concern..and even now that my case is concluded with Greencard in hand, my i360 still says same.💁

I've contacted the congressman, I sent a letter to Vermont, also I sent the inquiry and no news and no reason of the delay. Honestly this sucks...

Hi.. Hope everybody is doing fine.

I check uscis online tool and my case for i360. (C31) said card has being reproduce and being pick up by postal service but my case for i765 is denied what does it means.

Also I track the mail and usps couldnt deliver they will try tomorrow, but the office lawyer is close, what can I do?

Congratulations! I had the same experience with you. I765 is denied because when your I-360 is approved you will automatically get the (C31).

Yes, they will send the file to local office. Mine was approved on July 31, 2019 but my lawyer changed his office and my card returned to USCIS.  I received it on November. I'm still waiting for my file to be transferred. I'm a November, 2017 filer.
