Both are valid but use the combo one to travel. I have C09/AP and C31.

C31 never comes as a combo card. Its been approved with the C9 EAD that's why it's a combo card. Congrats on this progress! More wins! 👍

Ohhh, thank you BOTH of you!

I never knew C31 comes without advance parole o.o

@Poupis, same thing happened to me. I never got any update for "card Production ". I got a notification on Jan 04th 2019 that my I 360 was approved. I Never received EAD 31. Been using only my C09. When I received my approval noticed at the end of Jan 2019, it stated that my case has been approved since Dec 07th 2018. I guess I was supposed to get my EAD 31 in Dec 2018. When I asked my Lawyer about my EAD 31, he said that some people get it, some don't. I didn't bother arguing since I already had my C09.

@Poupis In part 10 Q 12 of the I360 petition there's a checkmark that can be put if you wish to receive EAD. I believe some applicants/lawyers mark it and some don't (my guess is that some lawyers mark it no to charge you for an extra application but who knows). If you can find a copy of your petition and check that page it would help to know what to expect. It you marked yes, then it is likely that your card will still be produced later on. If you marked no - all good too, but no card will be mailed to you under C31 category unless you apply for it separately (and I believe you would have to pay an application fee for that)

I just read non-resident aliens Are not eligible 😯🤔

That’s right. But, do you understand what is nonresident aliens? Don’t get confused. If you used form 1040 to file your taxes then you are a resident alien, then you are eligible and will receive the $1200 check. Green card holders are also resident aliens. You are a resident alien if you applied for adjustment of status and lived a full year working and paying taxes in the U.S.

Nonresident aliens must use Form 1040NR or Form 1040NR-EZ. Those are people working temporarily in the U.S with specific VISA such as F, J, M or Q.

I bellive it is just for USC

Not at all.

Some individuals are specifically excluded from receiving payments. That includes nonresident aliens, individuals whose deductions can go to another taxpayer, and estates or trusts.
