Looking at the document sent or reviewing  the case? Thanks for helping me so soon.

At least reviewing the correspondence the lawyer sent.   You need to read it literally.

@Stillwinning!!!😊 so they never returned any of my evidences for my i912, and even my i912 they returned photocopies and not original, do I send the evidences again, or will the old ones still apply?

I never submitted any original document to USCIS..just copies! Just wondering how come you did!💁 It was only for my interview I went with both originals and copies. Anyway make more copies and accompany them with the correct form. They have that in their records now..not sure if and how you can get those back.

Approval after 883 days!! November 2017 filer

Today, after 883 after sending my documents my vawa was finally APPROVED!!

I applied in November/2017 and received a RFE in April/2019. My RFE was answered by June/2018 and I was waiting for 9 months for an answer.

I contacted my congressman during this time and USCIS told him that my case was under background check so I had nothing to do but wait.

I was asked for RFE twice. First time was good faith and good character, second time I got 3 RFE’s and I was about to give up! So if you are in this situation right now, DON’T GIVE UP, you will be fine! GOD HAS YOU IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND” Isaiah 49:16

Thank you @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj and everyone from this forum.

My office is Newark NJ, is there anyone here from there? How long did you wait for interview?

I’m sharing my timeline below:

2017:

10/18/2017: Package sent by mail (I-360; I-485; I-131; I765)

11/05/2017: Notice date

12/01/2017: Biometrics

2018:

01/31/2018: RFE for I-360 (good faith marriage & good character)

02/22/2018: EAD + AP approval

04/18/2018: RFE answer received by USCIS

2019:

01/02/2019: Renewal EAD + AP

02/06/2019: EAD + AP approval

04/08/2019: RFE for I-360 (shared residence + good moral character + abuse)

06/28/2019: RFE answer received by USCIS

2020:

01/05/2020: 2nd Renewal EAD + AP approved

03/24/2020: i-360 (Vawa) Approved!!!

Congrats my love!❤😂👏👏🙌 At last! God is bigger than any situation! More wins hon! 🌟🌟

I have been being a silent reader on this forum, i got an RFE of 9 pages giving details of discrepancies in Bank statement and made most of my documents null and void which is weird .They asking for good faith of marriage ,Battery and shared residence .This sounds weird because my I-360 file was accepted september 6 2018 and they reply March 10 2020 for an RFE asking for all these during this pandemic .....i dont know what to do ....i feeel hopeless right now!!!!

@jason 1099 Please try to reproduce the contents of the RFE  in original form-subject wise and get feedback on each account by other members. And more importantly listen to the wise advice of Stillwining!!!  and begin drafting your personal affidavit de novo simultaneously.
