I applied for C09 + AP renewal in Dec 2019. In Jan 2020 I got I360 approved. In Feb 2020 I got my C31 EAD. Today ( March 2020) they approved my C09 card + AP. I guess I will have 2 now, but only the C09 will allow me to travel, though I hopefully won't need to use it.

Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone is staying safe and sane amid this health crisis!

I went to get my State ID renewed at my local DMV on 3/14/20. My EAD expired 3/18/20,  have the 180 extension letter which i tool along my receipts and everything. The Lady at the DMV was super helpful and nice, she tried her best to get the necessary confirmation of my status but said that the system was changed not too long ago and is blocking her. She opened a case and asked me to return once the case is closed and get my Renewed ID.

The case # is 15 numbers and she told me to check it on uscis.gov

I don't know where to check it?  the normal place for case/ receipt number on the website is not accepting it as it is not starting with letters. Any pointers?

This pandemic is really worrying... I worked for a small business until this week and now we are closed due to coronavirus pandemic. Idk how I’ll pay rent. I’m thinking if I should try to apply for unemployment (even though Idk if I’ll qualify).

I’m waiting for an interview date, my case was approved in January 2020. I’m also hoping since they are canceling face to face appointments at USCIS maybe they will start sending green cards without an interview for approved cases. Just hoping so...

Would it affect my green card process if I happen to get unemployment? Anyone who is knowledgeable about this?

I hope you guys are able to work from home during this time. This is getting scary...

Speak to your landlord, talk to them I am sure you and them can come up with a solution. Everything is up in the air at the moment, hang in there. I have no work at the moment either. I doubt that they will send out green card without interviews
