Hi Stillwinning ! Do you know anyone waiting for i485 interview more than 18 month ! I have been waiting 18 month but I didn’t get any update from USCIS. Now I can inquiry by Congress person. Plz advice . Thank You!

Hi dear, what's your field office again? I'm assuming Brooklyn by your name..but the wait in that field office is not up to 18months..there's only one case I know so far that they waited even more for interview..but that's for the N.Y. N.Y.(Manhattan) field office. At least USCIS has assured all that the current pandemic will not affect case progress. You should keep pushing your representative. Is Yvette Clarke helping you? Try Senator Kirsten Gillibrand also.👍

Hello everyone. I hope everyone is doing well, safe from the this virus. Today I’m just venting because if anyone understands my frustrations is the people of this forum. I am really depressed and my anxiety is at all time high. Today is 113 since USCIS received my response to their RFE but still nothing. I am April 2018 filer and this fear of the unknown is killing me. I can’t sleep at night, I’m having night terrors and panic attacks. I ask that you guys keep me in your prayers. I already suffered years of abuse and now this, it’s really messing with my mental and physical health. I wish my family was here but I haven’t seen them in years

So sorry to hear this dear💜Are you still attending therapy? It helps. Keep talking to family and friends over the phone. The day is coming when all of these shall pass. Don't stress yourself too much..everything is vanity. It's important you stay safe and healthy..nothing else really matters. You're not forgotten..praying for you. You're always welcome to vent here. I know about pain and hurt..I can only imagine how you feel..God will give you all your heart's desires..the day is approaching! Your day is coming!💚💜😘🎀🌟🙏

Thanks again Dear!  What type information I have to provide them . Plz advise.

They will send you the privacy disclosure form you will fill it out with your personal info, USCIS case/receipt number and what you want them to enquire on your behalf. And of course you'll sign the form authorizing them to receive information on your behalf.👍 I recommend Senator Gillibrand.

I'm sure that's the same thing that happened to me, I'll just wait to get it back, then resend it. Thanks 🙂

You’re so kind, thank you so much. I really appreciate your prayers and kind words. I will keep everything you say in mind.  I’m not in therapy anymore but I think I will go back. I hope soon I can put all this behind me, I hope we can
