Hey guys!

Lady who j know trying to apply for VAWA even though she got her first green card.

She is telling me that even if she has green card she need to file VAWA for take off condition from her 2-years green card.

I donโ€™t think she need to file VAWA if she has GC already.ย
What is your thoughts? Is she right?

Who has a green card can't file VAWA.Because she has a green card then she can file form I-751waiver based on extreme cruelty.

Sure why not. I did that as well..it's essentially what informed my decision of sticking with one. The other was just not helpful.๐Ÿ‘

Hello everyoneย  !ย

How long does it usually takes for a Senator's office to reply after making a request on a case status ?ย

Thank youย

Depends on the office..you may get response same day, next day or within 3 business days. Could even be more..like I said depends on the office.๐Ÿ‘
