As far I understood you receive a letter stating your AOS was denied and you have 30 days to leave the U.S right? this is not the NOTICE TO APPEAR IN COURT(NTA). If you didn't file form I-485 yet then file the AOS right now, and as soon you get the I-485 receipt then write a letter to the local office informing that you filed a new AOS and a VAWA, self petition as well, submit a copy of  VAWA receipt, and ask USCIS not to issue the NTA.

hi @sandranj I sent you a direct can You check please?

Hey guys,

So I moved states and I have a question...when updating address with USCIS I need to mail AR-11 form in case of pending I360.
If I mail only AR-11 form that is enough? Or do I need to go get a local ID and then attach a copy to AR-11 ?
In instructions it does not say anything about copy of ID...looks like only AR-11. Just wanted to check with you all.

What I do is attach a cover letter alongside the AR-11 to VSC.  Also I do it online too..maybe not necessary but it worked for me in the past.💁👍

WOW! Congratulations first of all!🎀🌟🌟🎀🙌 next your i485 will be transferred to your local office where it will join the queue for interview..you'll probably get the courtesy letter next reminding you to update your medicals (not everyone gets it though) then next is the interview notice by God's grace! I pray it goes quickly and successfully for you!🙏🙏🎀😊

Priority date doesn't affect the pace of the case..if your field office is fast, then you could get scheduled sooner than anticipated. You can get a clue by checking the USCIS processing times for your local office. I don't think anywhere could be as slow as NYC. I'm surprised I'm done already..I know lots of folks in NYC who got approved way before me and are still waiting. NYC is terrible! You're almost there just hold on🙏

Ok I’ll check online.. since I moved from where my lawyer is located (everything is sent to my lawyer address)... is it going to be the field office where my lawyer is located or at my new address.? Also can I send my medical via Mail if I receive a courtesy letter.?
thank you so much for everything.
