Nope none of that happened. We surely did finish the interview ( it wasn't an easy interview in my case, we went thru everything from beginning to the end) and she handed me a sheet of paper with indicated that I'll have an update within 120 days from the day of the interview. I got a notification saying that my interview was completed and case must be reviewed.

Hoping and praying 🙏 all goes well.

All is well already! Just waiting to hear the good news..real soon!🙏😊

Hi All,

Finally after 310 days and after multiple calls to uscis and contact congressman and ombudsman, my I-765 under C09 was approved. At least I won't be stress for a while until my vawa case is processed.

Thanks God.

@sandranj

 @Stillwinning!!!😊

Guys i need help. My i-131 is pending since july 10th. Originally it was sent to NBC. and today i called to USCIS inquire about it. The agent told me he does not have access to my file. Therefore, i need to write to Vermont service center.  My question is,

Why do i need to write to Vermont since it was originally sent to NBC?

and What should i write to them? if there is any template?

Thanks in advance.

You mean July 10,2019?

If yes I'd recommend just filling a new one if that's okay with you because it's almost year due.

Any document or application sent with or in connection with your vawa application is quite restricted and can't resolved through phone call or online inquiry.

There's no formal template to use. Just write a simple letter to Vermont with regards to your pending 131, make sure you sign it and maybe if you want notarized, and send it in.

They may or may not respond.

VSC is in charge of i360 petitions and petitioners..this means all other petitions will go through Vermont...the very reason you need to write them and not NBC. There's no formal template, just write to Vermont enquiring about what the delay is about...also you can enquire through your representative. In my case my attorney erroneously sent my i765 to NBC after what seemed like forever..NBC transferred it to VSC..2-3weeks later, it was approved. I'm sure the delay is because of the wrong destination..but not to worry it will be transferred accordingly.👍

Thank you so much. Really appreciate that.

Hey..did you get any update about the case transfer? How long did it take after filing to get receipt notice? Not every move is updated in a timely manner by USCIS..if that's any consolation.💁

Heard back from my congressman today - my case is STILL in NBC after being approved January 31st, 2020. I received a letter from NBC back in April saying I will need my medicals for the interview, I really don't understand how come 4.5 months after approval my case still isn't in my local office...

Hello everybody,

I hope everyone is doing well. I have a question for people who might know the answer. My vawa is approved. I sent an AR-11 change of adress to vermont when I moved from florida to texas. And after my vawa was approved. NBC sent me rfie for borth certificate.i sent it to them. Last week, my lawyer contacted me and said that my case was transfered to florida. So my adress was never changed in the system. I ha e proof that I sent the AR 11.

How long it will take them to fix the problem.

When my i485 will be transfered to texas, do I have to wait again like it was just received?

Thank you

Anybody here get I 130 Approval without alot of headache?!!
I observed most of applicants here ask for congressman help

no cases go smoothly and get approval !

I130 approval is based on bona fide marriage.. just submit all your marriage related documents and it will be approved if you enter your marriage in a good faith
