No its only am EAD. You have to apply separately for travel document

@AhmedEid hello dear you can not file for EAD C31 category, it is only given to those people that their i360 Vawa is approved.. USCIS can send EAD C31 to you when your i360 is Approved , EAD C31 is based on an Approved Vawa petition .....

On I-360 self-petition, did you select "Yes" for "I am currently residing in the United States and I request an Employment Authorization Document."? https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-360.pdf

@AhmedEid No you can not file for C31.... it only comes when you Vawa is approved 

if u are married to a USC and you file for i360 Vawa  you can also file for form i485  

form I765 along side which can get you EAD C09 which is family based ... so if you are thinking of filling for EAD it must be EAD C09 category .... but if you are married to a green card holder you can not file form i485 or i765  , you would have to wait until ur i360 Vawa is Approved ....

My wife cancelled her I130 so i don’t have a case based on marriage now .

can i still able to renew my work permit under c09 ?

At the moment they can submit I-485 based on pending I-360 because F2A is Current:

@AhmedEid As long as your wife is a US CITIZEN, you can renew ur ead C09,..

@AhmedEid yes she can also cancel, but even if she does you can file another i485 with your i360 vawa Receipt notice...., @AhmedEiddid USCIS scheduled you for green card interview from that i485?

@AhmedEid oh ok at least you know your next step.,, so file a New i485 use your i360 Receipt notice,You would have to pay the filing fees which is abt $1,200 there abt , check USCIS site to know the exact amount , also file form i765 for a new EAD C09 and you can also file i130 for travel permit space you can get a combo card..,
