hey guys, how is everyone ? What months approvals did you see so far ? February I see is here, that's the latest approvals, right ? I am april 24th, 2019 filler.

Once I-360 is approved, how long does take for I-485 to be scheduled for the interview? Do they use my filing date as of I-360 and I-485 filing?

 

If anyone is from Chicago, can you please share some details on timeline and interview?

If you're talking about priority date, it's not relevant if you're the spouse of a USC..it only matters to spouses of GC holders. As for how long it takes to get scheduled..it depends alot like I said earlier on the pace at a given time..sometimes we catch ourselves saying something like..."wow looks like TX is going faster now" etc...this explains what I just indicated. Generally it can take anywhere from 4-14 months talking about your local office here! In RARE occasions people get pleasant surprises by way of waived interviews..it just depends on the individual case and the discretion of the adjudicating officer!👍

No one gets C31 without i360 approval! Usually when people get the 'Card Production' update, it means their petition has been approved..as only approved petitions prompt that update of card production. Next comes the approval letter, formally informing the petitioner that they have been approved..I've read earlier of very few cases where they didn't get the approval letter but it didn't deter anything because USCIS has it all documented in their database! I hope this helps!☺👍

Definitely has been moving faster! I hope it continues like that..for now February is the latest..at least in this community! 2017 and 2018 cases are still being worked on as well..hopefully it's all resolves soon! Stay safe!☺👍

would you mean it took like 3 months to get approval letter of the I-360? I got my C31 EAD a month ago and still not change to either 360 or 485 statuses......

VAWA cases are very confidential, however for your congressman to step in, you'll need to sign a privacy disclosure form which your representative will provide to you..for them to be able to receive information on your behalf! About your approval letter you're still within reasonable timeframe..people wait 2-3months sometimes to get it..although I got mine within a month of approval..again this shows the pace at that given time..with USCIS, there's an occasional pattern/trend at different points in time! You can talk to your congressman already..at least by the time they reach out to USCIS, you would have waited out the average processing time and probably get an answer as to what the hold up is about!👍

I-130 denied 110 days ago

I-485 interview was scheduled 187 days ago

 

i called uscis customer service to inform myself about the I-485 but they said that they can’t access, only Vermont 

 

Hope it changed from the i-130 to I-360 if not I’ll lose my renew and my interview priority 

You obviously didn't attend your interview so my question is did your attorney ask for the i485 to be held pending when your i360 petition is approved? If your i485 is not linked to your i360..it will be seen as abandoned and consequently be denied! It's time to have a nice talk with your attorney!👍

Hi everyone

I was wondering if there are any updates about traveling or if someone has traveled out of the country/is about to travel?

The thing is that I want to buy a ticket for August to fly back home in Europe for 2 months with my advance parole, but with all of this happening around the globe.. not really sure what to do.

 

I am also waiting for my VAWA approval letter, it was approved back in March. No status updates about I-485 either.

Will give it sometime more and then I will probably contact congressman.
