Why do they ask info of residence? Is it for in-state tuition? Is it for financial aid? If for financial aid, you qualify to submit FAFSA form if you have "Prima Facie" letter or if I-360 is approved: https://studentaid.gov/understand-aid/eligibility/requirements/non-us-citizens

Hi HRQX

thanks so much for this piece of important information. I specifically login to this forum today to ask question on FAFSA and this answer all my question. Mostly important I have email of personnel to contact with regards to my student aid that I applied for.. I did thoroughly read through the six pages letter. Information indeed is powerful.

I just can’t thank you enough, God bless you.

To everyone that keep contributing great information to this forum, may God keep you all safe. As we witness the most uncertain times in human history.

Peace!

@Formykid Last week May 28 I received a notice online for an rfe sent as well and today I have a notice from "USPS informed delivery recipt" that the mail from them is coming today. But I did notice in the online status it would say if you haven't received by * specific date* they put a link to where you can request a copy. Did you do that? Is it past that date?

See my attached sample that I received.

You "submit all available written records of vaccination history for review." https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html

Age chart: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/pdf/Vaccine-Requirements-According-to-Applicant-Age.pdf

Cross-reference shots in the previous link with following link: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/adult.html Most doses should remain valid.

Thank you so much. Will go over the links. It can definitely be complicated to understand these all.

In general - if I did my medical exam in June 2017 (had some vaccinations already in place plus also got all vaccinations missed / not done in my home country) - should I be fine till like 2022 without worrying to get vaccinations again last minute? Sadly but it might be around 2022+ I could dream for I-485 interview based on current backlog. Noticed that because of covid-19 interview dates are now pushed back by additional 6-8 months.

You mean your lawyer received the rfe today? If so, you should coordinate with him right away so you know what are the additional evidence they require from you.

Hey, whenever they say 'security checks' are causing the delay, then there's really not much you can do but wait. Unfortunately it can't be influenced. This same situation has delayed so many people also! Sometimes it goes fast..other times it just drags..I sincerely pray you hear something uplifting real soon dear!🙏

Hi visajourney members.

How do you get police clearance from your country please?

RFE for good moral character.

Please, how to respond.

I reponded by getting fingerprints from my local county and sending the fingerprint form to my country.  I received response in 7 days.

Your country consulate can also help you, on getting Police clearance or provide your information on how to do so.
