I applied on March 2018

Prima facie a month later

First RFE on September 2019

Second RFE January 2020

I responded on April 17, because I had to request some paper from my country

On both RFE I took almost 3 months to respond

And today this msg 😀😀🎉

Can you please tell what you RFE was?

Why do they ask info of residence? Is it for in-state tuition? Is it for financial aid? If for financial aid, you qualify to submit FAFSA form if you have "Prima Facie" letter or if I-360 is approved: https://studentaid.gov/understand-aid/eligibility/requirements/non-us-citizens

Hi HRQX,

I have not gotten admission yet, because they said i must apply as international student.

That doesn't seem right. Ask to talk to their supervisors. They shouldn't make you apply as an international student.

I will try to speak with an Advisor there, because they are asking for Green card expiration date on the application site.

Thanks for your response.

Got you. Just to make sure I won't make mistake again, should I use regular i765 form? Nothing else?

Just to give you some hope. My I-765 renewal packet got delivered on May 5th, 2020 and I received my receipt notice on May 21st, 2020. I hadn't checked my mail last time I shared my timeline. My receipt date is May 6th, 2020.

Friends - did my medical exam in June 2017 when filed for I-130. Doctor did some vaccinations that I did not have done in my home country and that expired.

now with vawa case - Does anyone know how long vaccinations are valid for? Do you feel if I did my med exam for I-130 last time in June 2017 (3 years ago) - I should be good with vaccinations’ validity? Probably won’t be having my I-485 interview anytime soon though.

could not find definite answer on USCIS site as to when and what vaccinations expire if at all do.

god bless all

Vaccination validity should be discussed when you next see a Civil Surgeon and they fill out a new Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Form I-693).

Your June 2017 medical is no longer valid: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-4

Thank you thank you. Yes agree my I-130 June 2017 medical is no longer valid.

Last time, it took me a few weeks to go around different places to get vaccinated.

So wondering if there is just a law / rule of when each required vaccination expires to meet USCIS requirements. Surprised this info on validity of each vaccination is not available and believe it cannot be subjective by a civil surgeon.

You "submit all available written records of vaccination history for review." https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html

Age chart: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/pdf/Vaccine-Requirements-According-to-Applicant-Age.pdf

Cross-reference shots in the previous link with following link: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/schedules/hcp/imz/adult.html Most doses should remain valid.
