If you filed VAWA less than 12 months ago then you will have the interview regarding your I-130 not about your VAWA application.

I filed vawa since 2017 I filed USCIS 2016

I filed vawa 2017 and USCIS 2016. I went in my USCIS interview alone 2017. I filed vawa a few mthS before my interview.

You have nothing to worry about like I said before..your interview will be based on your self petition!☺👍

Thank u @Stillwinning!!!😊 because I started questioning God âlready asking him “will u make me go through all this for so long just to fail again .”

but thank u for always giving me encouragement. I tell everyone about u that I feel so relieved every time u speak and every time u say something comes for u I know I’m right behind u. So it’s coming for me too.

i had a dream the other day I went for my interview but I was unprepared is there anything that I may need to put together like anything general in paper works etc. Or general questions they may ask? U can tell me.

Hey , I need help.  I've submitted my work permit at a company and they are saying they cant verify my identity with homeland security. I received my 1rst work permit and the one that came with i-360 and I submitted the one that came with the approval (i-360) since the other expired  and  they say it cant be everified.  What can I do ? This is a new job I don't know what to do, my child depend on the job. .

Thank you dear. I keep telling folks that the mind is very powerful..so careful what you entertain! Think only good/positive thoughts, stay very prayerful, gather originals of your documents, be prepared to answer any question! Be confident but polite. If you go with the grace and favour of God nobody will reject you(speaking generally) I went over-prepared, but was asked almost nothing! AOS is often approved especially if you do not have admissibility issues! But sometimes even when everything seems fine, after the interview some people don't hear anything for months...imagine the anxiety! Anyway I pray that is not your portion! You will be alright!🙏

guys my i-131 still pending since july 10th of last year.

Today case status change from "we approved your request for expedite processing on your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document".

to

As of May 28, 2020, fingerprints relating to your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document, Receipt Number MSC********, have been applied to your case.

I do not know what that means. Because i got my EAD card 2 weeks ago. not sure why fingerprint were applied again. Anyone has any idea?

dont be worried at all. my request for evidence was scary. 1. Eligibility 2. proof of residence 3.Moral good character. 4.Good faith marriage . I was so worried I could not sleep. This forum helped me a great deal.  Sandra was helpful a great deal, answered all my questions right on time. @stillwinning encouraged me and kept pressuring me to pray which i did . if you need clarity please ask , the wealth of knowledge is great. so relax. It is nothing. Be encouraged .
