Men, that's a huge fee. Especially in this Covid 19 era when we all are loosing our jobs. This is crazy. Thanks for the head up though.Β

i will first send it with fee waiver. I hope they accept but if they won,t, then i will send again with fees

Hello everybodyΒ

i sent my vawa case package to vermont USCIS in 29th of April i want to ask

when will i get my first notice of action (NOA1) ?!

it is been more than 3 weeks now and i get nothingΒ

Β

For me,Β it usually took 2-3 weeks to receive NOA, sometimes it takes more time. If you have a tracking number, you can see whether the package was delivered. I think you can contact USCISΒ if you don't receive anythingΒ in 5-6 weeks

@Stillwinning!!!😊 and any other that can answer.

My I-360 was approved back in January and I already received c39 and approval letter but today My I-360 update again to β€œCORRESPONDENCE WAS RECEIVED AND USCIS IS REVIEWING IT”

is it an update of my I-485.?

recently my lawyer ask the congressman to do an inquiry on my I-485.? And my lawyer already received a letter saying They are working on my AOS and I’ll need a new medical.

so what’s this update on my I-360.? And what does it mean.?

Same exact timeline - approved in Jan and then got status update for correspondence received. Pretty sure this means nothing at all...

I submitted my renewal to Vermont for my EAD C-09Β that’s due to expire in Oct. it was received on 5/7 and I just got the NOA today. That was super fast, it only took 2 weeks to get this.Β

Once your VAWA is approved your EAD category changes from C09 to C31.Β  You are no longer eligible for the C09 EAD.Β Β

That is not true. I have both C31 and C09. They don't change. You receive C31 when you have your VAWA approved and you keep the C09 based on the I485 pending. You can renew C09 even after VAWA is approved!

Before my Greencard, I had C9 and C31 myself....just that sometimes when your VAWA is approved they send you the C31 only. Not everyone gets the two..there were experiences posted here..yes the categories don't change! So what's up with your case...any updates?😊

As long as it is received at VSC, you will get the NOA..it's still early..some people wait longer..let's see what happens within the next week or two! This journey requires lots of patience, so be ready to hurry up and wait!😊
