Feb 2019-PF received

March 2019- req for bio (ead)

June 2019  ead received

March 2020 ead renewal filed

May 2020   Email notification that card was being produced

 card was mailed out couple of days later

When I went to my lawyers office in March she informed me that they were just getting approvals for VAWAs that was filed in early 2018, I did not expect an approval so soon.

okay! Finally I received 2 receipts today. They are dated 12MAY20. But I never received a notification like I did twice before. Maybe they are no longer sending those ?

Do I need to do some action towards it? I mean. Do I need to ask USCIS to send me another one or they will send it to me by they own?

Could it come later than the date my current will expire?

that's a good question, mine is till June 11th. But do we actually need this PF at all ? What benefit does it give to us ?

Oh guys, wanted to ask, did anybody of you verified an identity on USCIS website in own profile ? It asks for DOS Case ID. I have no idea where to find it and if I have it at all !?

I am an attorney, and I am helping people here since 2005 without any charge, but  sorry  I will not search the  Law to prove what I am saying here. I answered your question before, if you have doubts then hire an attorney.

I appreciate for your great service and I know very well. I was requesting because I checked the same with few known lawyers who advised me not to file for unemployment without a work authorization to be safe. I did not mean to doubt or offend you because I wanted to be sure rather getting into trouble. thx for your response

My RFE deadline is near and unfortunately i couldn't collect much evidence to prove bonofide marriage, my spouse had all the pics held and no insurance no lease no joint bank account, 

all i had was police report now for RFE i don't have any much people in US to help me, will my affidavits from home country work ?
