Someone got approved from Jan 2019, while some are still waiting from 2017. They applied after I did and I’m still waiting. It just takes patience and approval will come when it comes. From most people’s timeline I’ve seen more 18-24 months.

Hi Dear,

I have recorded many of the cases and I noticed that there are two cases who filed Apr 2018 and Oct 2019 who got their RFE on 18th and 19th month and they got their VAWA cases approved 25th and 23rd month. therefore, please be hopeful and do not stress but keep waiting. Best of luck

So guys, I hope to have an update soon, on my Held I-485, I received my VAWA approval Letter on February 2020, and I Just received my C09 with advance parole Renewal too on this month of April. But no courtesy letter has for now or RFE for medicals, and I don't know if contacting my congressman with this Coronas Virus will be helpful.

Hey guys. How are you? Quick question here. I applied January 2019, no RFE to date. Applied for EAD renewal and it was processed right away and just approved. Ead was set to expire soon. Now it’s been 16 months since I applied Cor VAWA, is there any hope that my VAWA approval is closer?

RFE increases your wait time. The approval from Jan 2019 had no RFE, this is the same for the person from Dec 2018 etc. All we can do is remain hopeful and strong until your time.

I would say do it.. because uscis is still open only public interaction has been shut down. I would say do it.. you don't know they sent you courtesy but your attorney never received it

mine still shows no information available, even though i file mi 2019 taxes and they have my direct deposit information. Do you think i will get it even tho i can't see the exact date for my scheduled payment?

Hi Apolo

If you have paid taxes for 2018 and 2019 and filed IRS tax return then I am sure you would receive it. IRS is releasing stimulus checks in batches now so hopefully you will receive it.

Hi, i applied ond ecember 2018 i have received 2pf 1 last year and one on February this year. My case status changed to RFE sent on may 14.

So yeah they sent me a RFE after 17th months. I really thought they were about to approve my case without RFE.

Now I'm waiting for my attorney to work with me so we can send the RFE's response.
