There are people still waiting from 2017, so I hope you hear something soon. There’s not set timeline on adjudication. I’m only praying to get approval soon after seeing this other Jan filer. All we can do is pray and know our time is coming.

mine still shows no information available, even though i file mi 2019 taxes and they have my direct deposit information. Do you think i will get it even tho i can't see the exact date for my scheduled payment?

My case is update to RFAE but i haven't received the mail yet so i don't know for what exactly they sent the RFAE. 

Both are the same. Wait for them to sent you an official letter in weeks time. In that letter at the second page, there will be a list of requirements. In that list, whichever is box checked, only those you need to attach and submit to them. Once you sumit, in three months they will acknowledge as received in the uscis website updates.

Which date you submitted your VAWA? My lawyer never aapplied for the renewal for my EAD and hence I had lost my high paid direct hired job and it was his mere stupidity as I was unaware about this process trusting him. Instead he filed C31 for the EAD for the VAWA telling me that I would get the EAD only after my VAWA approval.

I am jobless since 9 months because of trusting that lawyer.

Just found out my I485 is still at NBC gosh this is just taking forever.

Filed December 2017

RFE August 2019

Approval Jan 31st 2020

C31 card February 2020

Approval letter March 2020

Note from NBC that they will need my medicals - April 2020

Why on earth is my application still at NBC if I received a letter from them a month ago confirming they have already reviewed my application?

Hey, i sent my VAWA I-360 January 31 2018 and it was approved August 13 2019. 19 Months .

 

I received my C31 EAD with my approval letter in August 2019. But I only keep sending the renewal for my EAD/AP C09 based on my pending I-485.

 

Your lawer can still file for EAD/AP C09 if you have a pending I-485.

Since I lost my job since 8 months I have now the only best choice to wait for couple of months to get the VAWA approved along with EAD.

 

The mistake I did was I should have hired a reputed lawyer than hiring somebody local close to me.

It looked like he withdrew the previous I-485 because my spouse failed to attend the GC interview and so filed the VAWA package (i-360, i-485 and i-765 (C31)based on i-360). Thats why he was not able to renew the exisiting EAD category 9. This error had happened to him because of his ignorance in the immigration procedures.

 

So, as I am already at the apex point of the Approval, I better decide to wait for the Approval notice and EAD.
