Hello everyone I see a lot of movement and approvals being posted, congratulations! I am wondering if there are a lot of Dec 2018 filers here who got approved already or is it just a rare case?

I'm also still waiting for my EAD renewal approval, I filed renewal 4 months ago January 2020.

Waiting in vain, good thing I am working to divert my mind and ease some financial burden.

I have 4  December's cases approved, but I still have cases that I filed in April,May and June 2018, and they didn't adjudicate yet.

As my lawyer explained to me after courtesy letter the next step would be request to send them your medical envelop instead of interview date notification (where you need to bring your envelop in normal circumstances) and then you get approval notice. I also hope on that especially during this epidemic it seems like we have a higher chance

Is there a particular reason why this is so when they have a timeline for each application? Or is this normal with USCIS?

Hi guys!

Congrats to everyone who has been approved!🌸

I need your support! I’m so frustrated.
I applied for EAD June 6 2019 and I’m still waiting... I will be applying second time for my son in a 10 days. But I’m still waiting for my card.

I was contacting senator, governor, ombudsman (he didn’t answer anything back) I sent request of expedition 3 months ago. Sent inquiry to USCIS but seems that everything just got stuck.

I will be fired May 25.

This is so so frustrating that I could save my job in this difficult times but loose it because of USCIS.

I was following rules and conditions and was doing everything they requested and this is so sad for me that I’m loosing my job because they can’t do it in time.

i have a child. 8 years old.

I have some small savings.

My tax return get stuck in the same way.

Just need your support. Because nobody can understand me as good as you guys. Who know how hard it really is😭

Thank you🙏🏻

Uscis does what they want. I’ve been following this site for a long time and approvals are all over the place. We all just sit patiently until they approve ours.

Thank you very much!

Vermont has my case.

I sent them online inquiry was waiting for 3 weeks and just got a letter on Tuesday setting that they can’t give me any information about my case and I need to send them a letter with my signature.

I did so on Tuesday.

paid $70 for expedite delivery. And guess what? It’s delayed.

And just got stuck somewhere😭

wow that's really shocking after paying $ 70 still nothing. I would say reach out to your congress/senator one more time, let them know about your job situation. Do you have a letter from your HR that they will fired you or something like that?

Hi all,

Did anybody recently sent in EAD+AP application to Vermont ?
They received my mail 15 days ago and still I didn't get a notification from USCIS that they received my case. Last 2 times it happened in like 3-5 days after they received it, this time I am not sure if something is wrong or they just have too much incoming mail maybe ?

I am a bit confused here, am I supposed to send the application to Vermont or Chicago? Since my Vawa is still pending. Thanks everyone! This channel is so helpful. Also, have we considered creating an info document somewhere?

To Vermont!

I sent it to Chicago and made myself a bad favor. Everything what is about VAWA goes to Vermont

I applied on January and got approved 4 days ago. Category c09 renewal.
