@trishytrish hello dear as a vawa petition your case is very confidential, so USCIS does not give any info over the phone or via the case inquiry on the USCIS site.. you would have to write uscis a letter to make all ur inquiries, send it to USCIS Vermont service center address and remember to add you vawa  Case number , your Allen registration number  add a copy of ur drivers license, or a copy of your EAD  card and make sure you sign the letter ... if you do this they would respond to you.. 😘😘😘😘

HI all i need help

I have received my approval notice for 1-765. however, there is no approval notice for i-131. The online status for i-131 still says since feb 10th "we approved your request for expedite processing on your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document". 

Does that mean i am not getting combo card? What should i do? I am worried since i wanted to travel.

Hi all,

Did anybody recently sent in EAD+AP application to Vermont ?
They received my mail 15 days ago and still I didn't get a notification from USCIS that they received my case. Last 2 times it happened in like 3-5 days after they received it, this time I am not sure if something is wrong or they just have too much incoming mail maybe ?

my ead and travel document were transferred yesterday. While I was filling wawa, My lawyer told them to hold my I 485 and transfer my ead and my I 131 which they did today but it says local office. ıt should have gone to vermont service center. ıs that some kind of glitch? another question ıt was in nbc pending 200 days. was there anybody on the same station who remember how long after they sent combo card? @sandranj  I need your wisdom sandra. Please respond if you know anything about this.

my ead got approved after 302 days. yesterday the mailed my card. i do not have any update regrading my AP.

No it will not be a combo card.  Your notice of approval for I-131 will the your Travel Document.

I sent them a mail 2 months ago and never had anything back.

I sent them last week. they might have received it today.. Finger crossed !

Yes, no problem I’ll be happy to. These people are something else. I hope they will at least notify you that they received your notice and EAD card when it gets to them. First thing get two recent passport photos, make a copy of your pending I-485, copy of prima facie or I-360 if you have it, Download most recent I-765 form from uscis website, I always include a cover letter, make a front and back copy of your current EAD card and then let me know when you have all of these things. I will walk you through filling out your form. Just inbox me. Try to get all this today so you can mail off tomorrow. Your attorney will receive your notice and new EAD card, I hope they notify you. You will follow up in 2 months to see if they’ve received your notice. This notice will give you that 180 day extension from the expiration date of your current EAD, just in case you need to renew your driver’s license or need to provide to employer.

Especially @Stillwinning!!!😊 and Sandra. I am so grateful for you guys. I didn’t have a lawyer so I learned a lot from this forum. I’m praying for everyone who is still waiting for approval.

My receipt date was 4/24/2018

RFE 10/24/2019 for good faith marriage 

my response was received on 11/26/2019

new card being produced 5/12/2020

Congratulations. so happy for you.. Almost 2 years or more. Mine was approved in 2 years as well
