Thank you. Sorry it happened that the wait to GC was so long after interview. Did they keep you posted at all or it was complete silence like you said and were you able to renew ead okay in the meantime?

I sent the forms I-360, 485, 765 together in  April 2018th for VAWA (s.c. Abuse) case, received the approval notice in November 2019th and also the request of RFE for 485 the copy of birth certificate. It is more than 100 days since I sent the Rfe, and I asked to my lawyer to give me copy of what she has sent. I found out that my birth date is not correctly indicated in the official translation of my birth certificate. The lawyer office did the translation too, so that’s why I could not find it out until now. I still waiting for the date of interview to be scheduled. The system says that they have received my Rfe. I just want to know if this mistake will impact the process of my green card or interview?

i submitted my RFE for birth certificate on March 10 and still waiting for courtesy letter

It took me 6 months to receive PF.  Also, everyone does not receive PF.

i submitted my case in Dec 2019 and they received in Dec 26, then i received my PF in mid March. So you should give it some time. Hopefully you will get it as well.

Absolutely no update until approval. Yes I was able to renew my work permit, thank God. But I am grateful because it could have been the other way around. 😊

Hi everyone, pls i have a question...my i485 was on hold while i filled i360 and i currently have i765 from my Adjustment of status which will expire by October 2, i want to ask if i can renew my i765 and when can i start the process? My lawyer was telling me not to renew it and wait for my C09 but i think that's gonna take a long time cos i just filled i360 in December 2019...pls advice me on way ro go..thanks

Is there anyone here around Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale?. I need a BIG favor. I was contacted today by a Brazilian girl, and I am sure 100% her fiancé will murder her. They live together and his parents live with them. The problem is that ALL shelters in FL are not accepting anyone because of the Coronavirus. Her fiance broke the bedroom's door and tried to burn her hair. He told that he will kill her. He battered his OWN mother several times  then you have an idea how abusive he is. She doesn't have a single friend.He never allowed her to socialize..She doesn't have any money. She works but because of coronavirus she almost doesn't have work now, and no money. I am going to put her in a hotel tonight, but I need someone who can offer a place for her to stay  for 2 weeks maximum, she can sleep in the living room or share a room, and I will try to find a way to help her in these two weeks.
